The agreement governing use of the Adensabais nodejs platform, control plane, and related services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for safeguarding credentials.

3. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference. Misuse may result in suspension.

4. Fees

Fees, billing cadence, and refund terms are stated in your order form.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided on an as-available basis subject to the SLA.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
